This RMA# is valid for 15 business days, and must be received within this amount of time. Shipments without a valid RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the packaging will not be accepted.
When the item is received, it will be tested to verify it is defective. Any replaced item will have a new 30-Day Replacement Warranty when you receive it.
